Victoria Collar brings over 20 years of extensive experience in human resources, business development, operations, and leadership, with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation. Her career includes serving as an HR department of one, scaling HR functions, and as an HR Business Partner for global customer experience centers with brands including Marriott, Clover / CGD Hospitality and Founding Farmers. She has designed M&A and growth strategies, built remote engagement plans, and championed enterprise-wide change initiatives. Victoria has a passion for developing high-performing teams, cultivating talent, and aligning people / culture strategy with business outcomes across all stages of the organizational life cycle. Victoria holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Chicago and is pursuing her MBA at WGU. Additionally, she holds the SHRM-SCP as well as the Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications. Victoria lives in North Bethesda and in her downtime, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and exploring the museums in Washington DC.
