Leaders from Chipotle and Life is Good to Tackle DE&I, Culture at SHRM21

Alexandria, Va. — SHRM (the Society for Human Resource Management) announced today that Chipotle Mexican Grill's Chairman and CEO, Brian Niccol, Chief Diversity, Inclusion and People Officer, Marissa Andrada, and Life is Good Co-Founder and Chief Executive Optimist, Bert Jacobs, will be keynote speakers for SHRM's Annual Conference and Expo, September 9-12 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Live on the SHRM21 Main Stage, Niccol and Andrada will lead a discussion on workplace culture, resiliency, talent strategies and the crucial partnership between a CEO and HR.

Jacobs will join a lineup of over 140 speakers to discuss the importance of optimism and collaboration in a changing world of work.

SHRM21 will be virtual and in-person on September 9-12 in Las Vegas, Nevada. HR professionals, CHROs, people managers and students will have the opportunity to engage on best workplace practices, discuss new DE&I data from SHRM, learn about the latest trends and benchmarking, and explore how to a build better workplace culture.
