Brytnee Fallan is a Human Resources and Financial Strategy leader with a strong foundation in both people management and fiscal operations. Currently serving as Lead of Financial Strategy & Accounting Operations at the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), she brings over a decade of progressive experience in HR, compensation, benefits, and organizational financial planning.
She has a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland, which has led her to specialize in compensation, benefits, and total rewards, overseeing global programs that align with business strategy and employee engagement.
In her current role, Brytnee is known for developing and executing financial strategies, leading end-to-end accounting operations, and driving data-informed decision-making for executive leadership. Her experience also includes incentive and commission plans, managing compliance across HR and finance functions, and leading cross-functional initiatives that enhance organizational efficiency and employee experience.
Previously, Brytnee held multiple HR specialist roles where she has had a hand in talent acquisition, employee relations, program development, and compliance oversight.
Brytnee is passionate about bridging the gap between financial strategy and people operations, believing that sustainable growth starts with empowered employees and sound fiscal planning.
