- 65% predict they will be more successful than their parents.
- 63% want to learn about entrepreneurship.
- 42% expect to work for themselves someday.
Motivators:
- 34% cite opportunity for advancement as their strongest motivator.
- 28% said more money would motivate them to work harder and stay with their employer longer.
Methods of Communication:
- 51% prefer in-person communication.
- 16% favor e–mail.
- 11% opt for instant messaging.
Views on Diversity and Inclusion:
- 74% believe in equal rights for transgender people.
- 73% believe that same-sex couples should have the right to marry.
