When HR meets AI




In recent months, the media has been full of negative predictions about the impact of AI on jobs and the workplace. As this report highlights, however, the future is likely to be considerably brighter than these doom-mongers predict, with AI accelerating positive organizational transformation.

HR practitioners will play a pivotal role in supporting and enabling this impending technological revolution, and by having a realistic understanding of AI's capabilities we can better use it as a tool to improve our workplaces, business processes – and the lives of our employees.
