Job Summary:
The recruiting regional manager provides leadership, support, advocacy and vision to regional technical recruiters and support staff who provide recruiting support to hiring managers across several states.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff.

Oversees the daily workflow of the department.

Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.

Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Fills senior-level positions in e-business and IT fields, as well as positions in operations and management.

Develops new strategies and programs to attract candidates.
-
Manages the recruiting team for the assigned region.
-
Works closely with recruiting managers in other regions to share best practices, provide assistance on critical needs and coordinate on national-level initiatives.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or related field a plus.

Five years of recruiting experience required.

Technical recruiting experience a plus.

SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.

SHRM's Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.
Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
