After working 20+ years as a Human Resource leader, Kelly made a decision mid-career to go back to school to get a Master’s Degree in Organization Development. Combining her interest in the people side of the business with an understanding of the organization behavior dynamics and corporate change strategies, she is committed to helping business leaders transform their workplace cultures into communities that allow their people to thrive.
In addition to the Master’s in OD from Bowling Green State University, Kelly earned a B.S. Degree in Human Resource Management from The Ohio State University, and actively maintains the SHRM-SCP Certification. She became certified as a Professional Coach through the Center for Coaching Certification in February of 2016 and is continuing to develop her coaching practice. Kelly is focused on coaching organizations, their leaders, individuals, and teams to their full potential.
