HHS is responsible for providing a wide range of health and human services and conducting life-saving research.

Tulsi Gabbard has been confirmed as the director of national intelligence. She will lead the intelligence community and provide critical analysis to inform national security decisions.
Kristi Noem Confirmed as Secretary of Homeland Security
Kristi Noem has been confirmed as the eighth secretary of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). She previously served as the governor of South Dakota and as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives. Kelly Loeffler, a former U.S. senator from Georgia and business executive, has been confirmed as the administrator of the Small Business Administration (SBA). In this role, she will oversee federal programs that provide loans, counseling, and contracting assistance to small businesses across the country. The SBA, established in 1953, plays a critical role in supporting small businesses through financial assistance and disaster relief programs.
