SHRM Issues a Call for Civility in the Workplace

SHRM research shows that 40% of U.S. workers have experienced or witnessed incivility at work, while 58% believe society is less civil now than five years ago. The consequences of this growing issue are profound: strained relationships, decreased productivity, and increased turnover.
