Beginning on July 28 and extending throughout the month of August, members of Congress will be in their home states and districts to meet with constituents. SHRM urges you to contact your U.S. Senators to support the bipartisan Telehealth Expansion Act of 2025 (S. 763). This legislation would permanently allow employers to offer pre-deductible coverage of telehealth services for individuals enrolled in high-deductible health plans paired with Health Savings Accounts (HDHP-HSAs).
