About Our Presenters

Nicole C. Jackson, PhD
Vice Provost, Golden Gate University
Management Expert with over 15 years of diversified program management related experience including in business process improvement, organizational design and alignment, training, and risk mitigation for education, government, non-profit and private sectors. Demonstrated effectiveness in the design and delivery including the creation of IT to HR and academic programs and their alignment. Experience includes academic research and instruction positioned to mid and senior executive audiences in HR, Organizational and Leadership methods and practices, as well as program and risk assessments with a specific emphasis on organizational and leadership ambidexterity development (i.e., the balance between innovation and competency development) - critical to the digital transformation economy. Prior to graduate academia, five-years of experience as an IT Business Process Consultant, Training Manager, and Product Manager in both high compliance-driven client engagements and start-up environments. Extensive training in strategic stakeholder assessments, change management methodologies, curriculum design including external policy reviews, benchmarking, and use of quantitative and qualitative data collection such as surveys and interview methods for organizational change and design work.

Dr. Shalini S Gopalkrishnan
AI Strategist at SFBU
Her research interests include Technology and analytics to build and accelerate social enterprises, public policy in entrepreneurship, women leadership and impact investing. She is the author of forthcoming book on" The World Remade with Artificial Intelligence"
Dr. Gopalkrishnan has presented at conferences across the globe and has published papers in peer-reviewed journals and book chapters. In addition, Dr. Gopalkrishnan was the winner of the Global Brainstorm Challenge “Global Women’s Leadership Alliance: 5 Million Women Change Agents Improving Our World in 5 Years."
Dr. Gopalkrishnan is a judge at UC Berkeley LAUNCH and BIG IDEAS competition. She has founded startups such as freelancemoms.com, Introspect and Lexion Global and worked as a consultant with A F Ferguson (then part of KPMG) and worked on projects with USAID, Fortune 500 firms and the government.

Luka Samkharadze
Currently Founding Software Engineer with rich hands-on experience and diverse portfolio of projects. Starting carrier as individual contributor but soon transitioned into higher levels roles responsible for managing teams, mentoring people and setting reasonable goals in a company. Worked in various environments, from dynamic startups to robust enterprise-grade applications, from team sizes of one to hundreds.

Larry Ebert
Larry is a management consultant and an instructor in leadership and innovation at Golden Gate University and the University of San Francisco. He is a researcher and author of studies exploring the human impacts of AI on business and the world at large.
