​This spreadsheet contains formulas to calculate whether the selection rate of any minority group is at least 4/5ths (or 80%) of the selection rate of the nonminority group. Known commonly as the 4/5ths rule, this measurement can be used to determine if adverse impact in hiring is occurring.
