Robert Hosking is executive director of the administrative and customer support practice at talent solutions and business consulting firm, Robert Half, where he leads operations for nearly 300 practice locations worldwide. With 30 years of experience in the staffing industry, he began his career at Robert Half in 1995 and has held numerous leadership roles within the company.
With extensive knowledge of the job market, workplace trends and training and development issues, Hosking is a trusted thought leader and frequent speaker. He has presented at industry conferences and is often interviewed by the media. Hosking holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph, where he graduated with honors. He is passionate about developing people, building culture and championing diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.
Ryan Sutton is executive director of the technology practice at global talent solutions firm Robert Half, which connects employers with skilled technology professionals to meet their IT recruiting needs. Sutton manages strategy and operations for all U.S. locations.
Since joining Robert Half in 1999, Sutton has held a variety of senior management and executive-level roles across the firm’s technology, marketing and creative, accounting and finance, and administrative practices in the New York City and New England markets. He has helped thousands of clients find the best talent for their organizations and has advised thousands of job seekers on their desired career paths.
With more than 25 years of experience in recruiting, Sutton is a noted expert on hiring, career and workplace trends and has been featured by local and national news outlets and publications, including CNN, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Fox News, Business Insider and CIO. When he’s not at work, Sutton is active in his community and several nonprofit youth sports organizations.
