Jessica brings 25 years of HR experience and a passion for helping people thrive at work. She joined SHRM as a Knowledge Advisor in 2025, offering a strong foundation across a broad spectrum of HR functions in multiple states, along with strategic leadership in social impact, inclusion, diversity, and values-driven guidance. Her background spans both nonprofit and for-profit sectors, including human services, venture capital, real estate, and construction. For her, HR has always been more than policies, it's about living values and building cultures rooted in integrity, trust, and meaningful employee experiences. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth.
