Rose Quiles, SHRM-CP, is an HR Professional with over 20 years of human resources experience. She has a strong background as an HR Business Partner supporting organizations across a variety of industries, such as healthcare, hospitality, higher education, retail, and car rental sales. Throughout her career, she has partnered closely with leaders and employees to resolve workplace challenges, strengthen organizational culture, and support talent growth.
Rose enjoys supporting SHRM members by providing practical guidance, resources, and insights to help them navigate complex workplace matters, particularly in employee relations, performance management, and employee development.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Roosevelt University. Outside of work, Rose enjoys spending time with her family and is a dedicated sports fan who cheers on her favorite Chicago teams, including the Cubs and Bears.
