Her career includes leadership roles in association management and retail, supporting organizations in developing innovative, future-ready HR strategies that drive business performance.
Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Relations Management (HR Management concentration) from The University of Akron and SHRM specialty credentials in AI+HI, California Employment Law, People Analytics, Workplace Investigations, and People Manager Qualification (PMQ).
Beyond work, Victoria enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with her family.
