Ashley Perez is dedicated to making AI feel accessible, useful, and human for every learner she works with. With a background spanning K–12 education, adult learning, startup leadership, and organizational development, she has taught in both Miami and New York City and built her own funded business using AI at every stage—from writing the business plan to marketing, operations, financial modeling, hiring, and team development.
Drawing on her people-centered leadership style, Ashley helps HR and organizational professionals use AI to enhance—not replace—human judgment, creativity, communication, and culture. She believes that when thoughtfully integrated, humans and AI together can create more ethical, inclusive, and resilient workplaces.
