Senior Specialist, Knowledge Management
Daniel Hozik, SHRM-CP, has over eight years of experience in HR, with a primary focus in government contracting across both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. He is currently a Sr. Specialist, Knowledge Management, where he is responsible for managing SHRM's knowledge systems and reporting tools, leveraging technology and data to deliver accurate content that supports the HR community.
He started his career as an HR department of one. Since then, he has served as an HR Business Partner and Senior HR Advisor, supporting the full employee lifecycle and leading complex employee relations matters. Dan takes an analytical, solutions oriented approach to HR, using data and insights to drive meaningful results.
Outside of work, he enjoys hitting the golf course and always has a new DIY project (or two) keeping him busy on weekends.
