Senior Specialist, Knowledge Management
Daniel Hozik, SHRM-CP, has over 10 years of HR experience, primarily focused on government contracting in both for-profit and nonprofit sectors. He currently serves as a Senior Specialist in Knowledge Management, managing SHRM’s knowledge systems and reporting tools.
Daniel began his career as an HR department of one and has since served as an HR Business Partner and Senior HR Advisor, supporting the full employee lifecycle and leading complex employee relations matters. He is known for his analytical, solutions-oriented approach and for leveraging data to drive meaningful results.
Daniel is a graduate of the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and a minor in Economics . And he holds the SHRM HR People Analytics Specialty Credential.
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys golfing and tackling new DIY projects.
