A results-oriented, strategic leader known for achieving measurable outcomes by creating strong, collaborative partnerships across organizations, she has more than 25 years’ experience partnering with boards, C-suite executives, and leaders to achieve sustained improvements in leader and staff performance, customer and employee experience, and business results.
Adding to her HR and operations experience, she has significant expertise in aligning employee and customer experience, business transformation, and DEI, and is a certified professional coach. Passionate about community service, community engagement, and professional development, she’s provided board leadership for numerous professional and nonprofit organizations. She received the Athena Leadership Award in recognition of her professional excellence, community service, and passion for assisting others in realizing their full leadership potential and is a recipient of the Michigan Chronicle’s Women of Excellence Award.
