She holds her SHRM-SCP, Inclusive Workplace Specialty Credential, is a Certified Diversity and Inclusion Practitioner through Cornell University, and is a certified trainer in Crucial Conversations. Ebony began her HR career in Talent Acquisition and is currently an HR Business Partner as well as a small business owner. Ebony's passion lies in helping organizations create cultures of Belonging and helping individuals have productive, civil conversations about difficult topics.
