Erica is the Director of People Business Partners for DoorDash where she leads a team of human resources and employee relations business partners supporting 2,500 employees globally. She holds her B.S.B.A. in Human Resources and Marketing from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH. In addition, she has an MBA in Human Resources Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. Erica has 15 years of Human Resources experience ranging from high-volume recruiting, HR Generalist, HR Business Partner to HR/ER Leadership. She resides in Cincinnati, OH, with her husband - Aaron, two daughters - Addison and Aubree, and their dog, Eli. During her free time, Erica is known for giving back and participating on several local boards. She is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and Jack and Jill International.
