Prior to starting Performance Development Strategies, Grant had a 30-year track record in operations and human resources. Grant had a history of being top HR Leader from 1977 through 2008. He managed human resources at Sears, at world famous home fashions wholesaler Brunschwig & Fils, TGI Fridays, and Wendys.
He is a SHRM volunteer for many years including many chapter roles and state council roles. In addition, Grant was on the SHRM special expertise group on HR Metrics and Human Capital measurement.
