JoDee is the Founder of Purple Ink, a human resources consulting firm in Indianapolis, IN which recently won the 2018 When Work Works Award. They serve a wide array of organizations with recruiting, HR consulting, leadership training, and HR outsourcing services.

Prior to Purple Ink, JoDee spent 21 years in public accounting; first, as a practicing CPA and, later, as a Director of HR. JoDee is a graduate of the University of Evansville and is also a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach.
JoDee serves on the Indiana SHRM State Council and is the chair of the Indiana SHRM conference.
