Julie is a senior business leader with more than 25 years' experience in human resources, payroll, accounting, and business management.
Julie enjoys using her Human Resources skills to identify and solve business problems and has a track record of managing change with efficiency. She is responsible for multiple HR programs at MBP, including Compensation Strategy, Diversity and Inclusion, Employee Relations, and Talent Acquisition.
Julie is active in her local SHRM chapter. She currently serves as Treasurer, is the former Director of Programs, and served as President in 2016.
Julie holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from Villanova University.
