Julie Schweber, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished senior HR leader with more than 20 years of strategic and tactical experience supporting Fortune 500 organizations and nonprofit associations. Prior to joining SHRM in 2018, she spent a decade as a senior HR consultant, advising small and midsize organizations on a wide range of people-related challenges.
Julie brings deep expertise in delivering practical, data-informed HR solutions that align people strategies with organizational goals.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources with a minor in Business from Old Dominion University and SHRM specialty credentials in California Employment Law, People Analytics, U.S. Employment Immigration, Talent Acquisition, HR Department of One, and People Manager Qualification (PMQ).
Outside of work, Julie enjoys spending time at the beach, traveling, and relaxing with her family and dog, Buddy.
