Nicole held the titles of Behavioral Health Clinical Case Manager, Learning and Performance Consultant, Strategic Customer Engagement Senior Manager, and Procurement Supplier Diversity Senior Manager at CVS Health Enterprise, a global organization that promotes health solutions for consumers. She guides cross-functional management teams to drive growth, develop and oversee strategic roadmaps for market and segment needs through collaboration and innovation. Nicole is the owner of Keane Insights, with experience providing assessments and consultation to social services and nonprofit organizations to help businesses executives and leaders improve company profitability and company culture. Her authentic and engaging presentation style coupled with her solution-focused drive, helps organizations learn ways to overcome burnout, turnover and improve talent development strategies for success.


Nicole remains current on management research, trends, methods and techniques through her association with various organizations, such as Association of Talent Development, National Speakers Association, and Organization Development Network and her educational experience with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Miami, a Master of Science Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University (NSU) and studied Organizational Leadership, specializing in Human Resources at NSU at the doctorate level.
