Ray Rokicki, Jr. is a seasoned human resource professional, instructor, and facilitator, currently serving as an HR Advisor for Mitratech, a trusted leader in HR and compliance solutions. Prior to joining Mitratech, Ray served as the Human Resources Business Partner for HMSHost, supporting operations across the NY/NJ Region—including Newark, LaGuardia, JFK, and Islip airports, as well as Jersey Gardens Mall.
Throughout his career, Ray has held diverse HR, sales, and management roles across multiple industries, supporting markets in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and California. His professional journey includes positions with industry leaders such as Apple, Five Guys, Flextronics, SpringPoint Senior Living, and SprintNextel. He also played a key role in the startup world as part of the team that launched Enhanced Wireless.
After a series of impactful experiences in employee development, engagement, and retention as both a manager and district manager, Ray transitioned his focus fully into human resources. Since 2014, he has been teaching Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) certification prep and continuing education courses for both SHRM and Pace University. He is also an adjunct faculty member at William Paterson University and has served as an HR consultant to multiple organizations.
Ray holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources Management and is currently ABD (All But Dissertation) in pursuit of a Doctorate in Business Administration, with anticipated completion in December 2025. He also holds the PHR and SHRM-SCP certifications, multiple SHRM specialty credentials, and is a Certified Practitioner of MBTI® Step I™ and Step II™. He earned his BA in History with a minor in African, African American, and Caribbean Studies.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Ray has served on several nonprofit boards and remains actively involved with his collegiate fraternity, Alpha Phi Delta, where he currently holds the position of National Vice President for Alumni Affairs.
Ray has been a resident of Morris County, New Jersey, since 2001, where he lives with his wife, two daughters, and their rescue dogs, Sully and Dakota.
