In honor of National Career Development Month in November, SHRM Chief of Staff and Head of Government Affairs Emily M. Dickens, J.D., joined Elle O’Flaherty, co-chair of the National Career Development Association’s Government Relations Committee, on the National Career Development Association (NCDA) podcast.
