Dr. Adena White is Market Insights Lead at HiBob. She is passionate about technology, employee wellbeing, and research, and is lucky to combine her passions in her role as a market researcher at HiBob. She has an MBA, and a PhD in Organizational Behavior, and a fun fact is that she submitted her PhD dissertation on work-life balance exactly one day before the birth of her second daughter.
