    Steve Knox

    Steve Knox is the Vice-President of Global Talent Attraction at Dayforce responsible for the enterprise TA strategy and delivery for all roles across the organization from early talent to executive hires.  Leading a diverse global team from Montreal to Manila to Mauritius, the TA team partners directly with the business to proactively source for the future talent needs of Dayforce. Prior to Dayforce, Knox spent 12 years with GE where he started as the Head of TA for Canada then took on additional responsibilities in 2001 leading talent acquisition for GE’s emerging markets including Asia, Africa and the Middle East.  His last role with GE was as Global Head of TA leading a team of 700+ TA professionals across 40+ countries with responsibility for recruitment technology, talent analytics, talent sourcing and research as well as recruitment marketing and branding.  He most recently joined Dayforce from the TD Bank Group as their Vice President of Talent Acquisition. Knox has been dedicated to the recruitment function for the last 25 years and a frequent guest speaker at conferences and seminars focused on the talent attraction space.

    Katie Meyers

    Katie Meyers is the Vice President of Global Talent Management and Development at Dayforce. She and her team launched Dayforce’s “School of Learning and Leadership Development,” which infuses leading practices into all professional development programming to help Dayforce employees develop and drive increased performance. Prior to joining Dayforce, Meyers was the Vice President of Human Resources at Major League Baseball (MLB) in New York City, where she implemented the league’s first full-service, integrated global talent management function.

    Jennifer Southworth

    Jennifer Southworth has been in implementation consulting since 2006 and has led the Dayforce consulting implementation team since 2019. As a principal, Southworth provides guidance to clients and RSM consultants to ensure business needs are understood, and best practice guidance is provided around implementing and optimizing the Dayforce system. She helps clients develop an implementation strategy to meet their short- and long-term organizational goals. Her client-focused approach has helped her build a high-performing, engaging, cohesive team.

    Kathi Enderes

    Kathi Enderes is a Senior Vice President and Global Industry Analyst at The Josh Bersin Company, supporting clients and the market with evidence-based insights on all areas of HR, learning, talent, and HR technology. Enderes has more than 20 years global experience from management consulting with IBM, PwC, and EY, and as a talent leader at McKesson and Kaiser Permanente. Most recently, she led talent and workforce research at Deloitte. She is a frequent keynote speaker, author, and thought leader. Originally from Austria, Enderes has worked in Vienna, London, San Francisco, and Spain and now lives in Palo Alto, California. Her passion is to make work better and more meaningful.
