    Matthew J. Daniel is Senior Principal, Talent Strategy and Mobility at Guild where he is responsible for research, consulting, and thought leadership on topics at the intersection of learning and development, talent management, workforce strategy, internal mobility, and the future of work. He works with Guild's clients like Target, Chipotle, Charter Communications, PNC, Tyson, and JP Morgan Chase.

    Laura Bartus

    Laura Bartus is Director, Learning Design at Humana, the Chief Learning Officer for the Human Health Project and the Head of Learning and Development for CenterWell Pharmacy, a division of Humana. At the Human Health Project, Bartus helps the organization set near-term and future strategy, scale up its patient education programs, and increase its reach to new groups of patients and caregivers. At Humana, her teams create, deliver, and track learning and development programs for the pharmacy organization’s 12,000 associates. She is passionate about coaching, providing employees with equitable advancement opportunities, building up a robust talent pipeline, and helping her team to be a valued partner to the business.

    Michaela Doelman

    Michaela Doelman is currently the CHRO for Washington State Government where she has worked in various HR and leadership roles since 2007. Prior to that, Doelman worked in the hotel industry in Akumal, Mexico and then the Boys and Girls Club in Portland, Oregon. She is a certified Diversity Executive and holds a Leadership Certificate from Leadership Tomorrow. She has four spunky children who challenge and inspire her daily. In her spare time, she likes to run, travel, eat, and is always up for an opportunity to laugh at the absurdity of life.
