Abraham Gonzales-Pollick is Senior Vice President of Learning at Vensure. He Is a former entrepreneur who became an enterprise organization and talent development global leader. Now with nearly 20 years leading large scale workforce and operations across complex and global environments, Gonzales-Pollick has helped a variety of organizations evolve programs, design innovative structures, and impact culture. His curiosity and approach draw on the intersection of business purpose and talent capability to create workforce effectiveness and organizational transformation.

Cindy Thorne joined the Vensure family in 2016 and she brings with her over 20 years of industry experience to our organization. She currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Benefit Sales at Vensure - Thompson Risk. Thorne's expertise spans a range of insurance products, from full-insured to self-funded, ensuring her clients receive the best possible service. Equipped with a life and health license issued by all 50 states, Thorne collaborates with clients to streamline operations and enhance their employee benefits strategies. With a commitment to enabling business growth and fostering strong partnerships, she helps organizations navigate the complexities of benefit structures effectively. A member of Ascend and the Agency Mastermind Growth Network, Thorne lives in Suwanee, Georgia and works out of our Duluth office.

Dr. Sami Mian is the Chief AI Officer at Vensure Employer Services, where he helps lead the Innovation Office to prototype and deploy AI-driven workforce solutions. He spearheads cross-functional teams to deliver scalable automation, mentor technical talent, and shape long-term technology strategy within Vensure and its various divisions. Dr. Mian also holds a teaching appointment at Arizona State University, where he helps oversee and teach artificial intelligence courses at the graduate level.  He also directs research projects focused on AI initiatives, and mentors graduate and doctoral students across the university. A seasoned inventor and leader, he has guided large-scale AI and robotics initiatives across industry and government, and holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering. He is committed to responsible, practical AI deployment.

Tyler Dixon is the Senior Vice President of Global Operations at Vensure Employer Solutions, where he leads the company's global employment, payroll, immigration, and client operations across more than 180 countries. A co-founder of Listo Global, Dixon helped build the company into a leading global workforce solutions provider prior to its acquisition by Vensure. With extensive experience in international employment law, Employer of Record (EOR) services, global payroll, and operational strategy, he partners with multinational organizations to navigate complex cross-border workforce challenges and scale their international operations with confidence.

Walter Sabrin serves as Chief Talent Officer at Vensure Employer Services, leading talent acquisition strategies that support business growth and organizational success across the company. With extensive experience in recruiting, workforce planning, and talent development, he oversees hiring initiatives across multiple business units, ensuring talent strategies remain closely aligned with business objectives. Throughout his career, Sabrin has built scalable hiring frameworks for high-growth organizations, led referral and sourcing initiatives that leverage trusted professional networks, and championed programs focused on diversity, equity, inclusion, veteran outreach, and corporate engagement. He also played a key role in supporting a global expansion that scaled operations to more than 40,000 employees across 65+ offices in 28+ countries, serving businesses in over 100 industries.
