Michelle has over 27 years of experience helping employers navigate complex workforce challenges. With a background in clinical social work, she began her career at Unum as a clinical reviewer and has held a variety of roles focused on return-to-work strategies, absence management, and client engagement. She now leads market development efforts for Unum’s Leave & Absence practice, responsible for quoting, migration and market development for Unum’s best in class Total Leave administrative service.
