    Amy Cappellanti-Wolf is Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer, Human Resources at Dayforce. Cappellanti-Wolf is responsible for designing and driving Dayforce's global people strategy and operations. She has held senior HR leadership positions at Symantec, Silver Spring Networks, Cisco, Walt Disney Imagineering, and Frito Lay, and most recently served as CHRO at Cohesity, a leader in AI-powered data management. Cappellanti-Wolf has been recognized by the National Diversity Council as one of the Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology and has been named a Distinguished Alumni by the John Chambers School of Business and Economics at West Virginia University.

    Celene Osiecka is Senior Director of AI and CX Transformation at [24]7.ai. She is a leader in AI and CX transformation, with 20+ years of experience helping global brands evolve from traditional service models to intelligent, AI-powered engagement. With a background in psychology and human computer interaction, specializing in learning and human behavior, Osiecka brings a rare blend of technical insight and human-centered design to AI strategy. Her work focuses on making automation intuitive, empathetic, and measurable, transforming how organizations think about conversations, data, and experience. She’s also a trusted consultant, educator, and mentor dedicated to advancing ethical, effective uses of AI.

    David Lloyd is Chief AI Officer at Dayforce. He has a passion for driving customer value through the transformation of data from operational usage through the development of AI within the Dayforce products. Lloyd’s accountabilities include Dayforce’s data and AI products as well as governance in those disciplines. In the past 18 years, he served as CEO building companies that used AI and data to create amazing customer experiences. Over the course of his career, these companies have been recognized for numerous accomplishments, including best-in-class culture, diversity with Great Places to Work designations, Deloitte’s Fast 50, and top NPS rankings in G2Crowd, Gartner and Forrester.
