Ryan King, Senior Manager Data Science, Paylocity
Ryan King oversees AI software development for the company's payroll and human capital management solutions. He also leads Paylocity's AI Ethics group, focusing on responsible AI use. In addition, Ryan heads a Machine Learning Engineering and Infrastructure team to enhance data science efficiency and customer value delivery.
Before joining Paylocity, Ryan was involved in various data science roles at General Motors, working on projects like fraud detection and demand forecasting. He holds a master’s degree in analytics from NC State’s Institute for Advanced Analytics and a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from the same university. Ryan is dedicated to applying data science and AI to solve real-world problems.
