Is an HR leader, executive coach, and strategic advisor with over 15 years of experience helping organizations and their people grow. At BambooHR, she leads the HR Business Partner and Employee Relations functions, partnering with leaders to drive clarity, trust, and business performance. Her career spans financial services and tech, with more recent roles at Amazon, Salesforce, and Tableau. Kelsey holds an MBA in Leadership and BA in English from the University of Washington, plus HR certifications from UW and Cornell. She’s passionate about building AI literacy in HR and creating cultures where excellence and fun coexist.

Alex Bertin
With more than a decade of experience in HR and Finance, Alex Bertin is the Director of Total Rewards at BambooHR, the leading software provider powering the strategic evolution of HR for small and medium-sized businesses. Alex takes a data-driven and collaborative approach to solving complex rewards challenges, partnering with business leaders to align compensation, benefits, and recognition programs with company strategy. Throughout his career, Alex has built and scaled Total Rewards functions at some of Utah’s most successful tech companies, including BambooHR, Qualtrics and MX, driving outcomes that support growth, transparency, and the employee experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Brigham Young University.
