Tara Fournier, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, is Founder and Chief Executive Consultant at T4 HR Consulting. She is a human resources executive leader with more than 20 years of experience guiding organizations through complex people, culture, and operational change. A three‑time chief people officer, her career spans public and private companies across the tech, entertainment, gaming, media, education, manufacturing, and nonprofit sectors. In her role, Fournier leads a strategic people and culture advisory firm that partners with executives, boards, and HR leaders on organizational transformation, executive communication, and talent enablement at critical inflection points. She also serves as Director Elect for SHRM California and is Past President of the Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA) in greater Los Angeles. She holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and a Post‑Graduate Certificate in Organizational Leadership from the University of Massachusetts, along with SHRM‑SCP and SPHR certifications. She has also testified on behalf of SHRM before the California State Legislature on the workforce impacts of artificial intelligence, bringing a practical, executive‑level perspective to the evolving intersection of AI, work, and organizational leadership.

Nichol Bradford is SHRM’s Executive-in-Residence for AI + HI. She stands at the forefront of human potential and AI, accelerating human transformation through technology investments, research, and global thought leadership. Currently, Bradford serves as Executive-in-Residence for AI + HI at SHRM, shaping global thinking on human-AI collaboration. She is also Co-Founder and Partner of Niremia Collective, an early-stage venture fund focused on human potential technologies, and she co-founded TransformativeTech.org, the largest global ecosystem of founders, investors, and innovators building tech for human flourishing.

Victoria Collar, SHRM-SCP, is Director, Knowledge Community and Operations at SHRM. Collar brings over 20 years of extensive experience in human resources, business development, operations, and leadership, with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation. Her career includes serving as an HR department of one, scaling HR functions, and as an HR Business Partner for global customer experience centers with brands including Marriott, Clover/CGD Hospitality and Founding Farmers.  She has designed M&A and growth strategies, built remote engagement plans, and championed enterprise-wide change initiatives. Collar has a passion for developing high-performing teams, cultivating talent, and aligning people/culture strategy with business outcomes across all stages of the organizational life cycle. She holds the SHRM-SCP as well as the Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications.  She lives in North Bethesda, MD and in her downtime, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and exploring the museums in Washington DC.
