    Carli Reddy is a Co-Head of Coaching at Candidly.  She and her team work one on one with Candidly users to help them find their best path forward planning and paying for education.  Working with many different people, each with a unique background and story to share, is a dream role for Reddy. Her mission is for every user to leave their conversation feeling secure and confident in their student loan repayment strategy or college planning strategy. Reddy began her career as a financial advisor working with young medical professionals to get started on the right foot financially.  Through that experience, she realized the hold that student loans have on a borrower’s financial progress. She earned her CSLP designation and became focused on helping find solutions to the student debt crisis. Reddy lives in Pittsburgh, PA with her husband Nithin and two sons, Marco and Jaiden.
