Alexandra Levit is Founder and CEO of Inspiration at Work, a futurist consulting firm that helps organizations and employees prepare for the future of work. A former Wall Street Journal columnist and best-selling author, Levit has written several books including They Don’t Teach Corporate in College, Humanity Works, and Deep Talent.
She holds a certificate in strategic foresight from the University of Houston and has consulted for leading companies including Deloitte, American Express, and Microsoft. She has advised the U.S. Department of Labor and the Department of Defense on workforce development and career transition programs, as well as partnered with Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine on a federal research grant.

Lauris Apse
Lauris Apse is the VP of Product at Dayforce. He leads the data and analytics product team, helping people leaders and HR teams drive engagement and performance in their organizations via Dayforce’s reporting and dashboard capabilities. Before joining Dayforce, Apse helped lead the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation's transformation from a traditional broadcaster to a data-driven, digital media powerhouse.
