Meet Exhibitors, Have Fun at SHRM22 Expo




​The SHRM22 Expo will showcase more than 500 companies displaying and selling the newest HR-related products and services. Check out solutions from vendors in employee relations, global HR, employee health and wellness, talent acquisition and retention, HR tech, and more.

Conference attendees can also win prizes, from iPads to registration to next year's annual conference.

The Expo Hall opens with a reception from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. CT on June 12, where attendees can enjoy free appetizers and cocktails while making new connections and catching up with friends.

The Expo will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on June 13 and from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on June 14 for in-person attendees.

Interacting with the Virtual Expo

Virtual attendees can interact with Expo exhibitors by accessing the exhibitor directory under the Connect tab on the virtual conference platform. Use the "Chat with a Booth Rep" feature or search for a specific representative in the attendee directory to start a chat or schedule a meeting. Booths are available during virtual expo hours from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. CT on June 13 and June 14. 

They can also visit virtual booths to win prizes, watch videos, download information, drop a business card, or schedule a meeting with a company representative.

Interacting with exhibitors can help virtual attendees earn points in the SHRM22 Leaderboard Game for a chance to win one of five prizes:

  • Virtual pass for SHRM Annual Conference & Expo 2023 (valued at up to $1,675).
  • $500 Southwest Airlines gift card.
  • $250 SHRMStore promo credit.
  • $150 Target gift card.
  • $100 Instacart gift card.

Expo Extras

In-person attendees looking to chill from the hubbub of SHRM22 may want to visit the "Relax and Recharge Center" at Booth 4169 in the Expo Hall. Massages will be available, as well as some furry, four-legged friends.

The aim "is to help our attendees relax with some playful puppies and recharge themselves," said Jackie Gronske, national accounts manager for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). 

Other offerings that in-person attendees may enjoy:

  • Representatives from Cupixel studio at Booth 5650 will help bring out your inner artist to create a work of art.
  • Sample filets, ribeye and smoked ham at Booth 4558, Omaha Steaks.
There will be drawings for prizes at some booths, such as:
  • Three nights in Cancún for two, hotel and air fare included. Booth 2058, Risk Assessment Group.
  • A Ferragamo bag and sunglasses—valued at $2,000. Booth 4458, VSP Vision Care.
  • Four-day wellness trip to a 5-star beach resort in the Caribbean—a $1,000 value. Booth 3667, MyLifeWell.

Attendees can also pick up water bottles, squishy stress toys, lanyards, notebooks and pens and spin prize wheels at vendors' booths.

Grand Prize

The SHRM Grand Prize drawing for in-person attendees will be at 1:40 p.m. on June 14. Valued at $5,000, it includes round-trip coach airfare for two and four nights' hotel accommodations at the 75th SHRM Annual Conference & Expo 2023 in Las Vegas. Also included are one full conference registration and one guest program registration.

SHRM also will give away a $500 prize and $1,000 prize.

To be eligible for the drawings, participants must fill out an entry form or attach their business card to the entry form and submit it by 1 p.m. on June 14 at the UKG Booth 2958 or at the Grand Prize Drawing Center located behind aisle 5800. Winners for all three drawings must be present to win.
