Alicia McNamara is Vice President, Client Engagement at Quantum Health. There, she leads the Enterprise Team at Quantum Health, where she partners with self-insured employers across industries to enhance the member experience and achieve meaningful results through their benefits strategy. With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare and a strong background in client-facing roles, McNamara brings deep expertise in healthcare navigation, member engagement, and aligning solutions to employer goals. She is known for building trusted relationships with HR and benefits leaders, driving strategic execution, and delivering measurable value through innovative programs.

Dan Harding
Dan Harding, Director of Global Total Rewards at Plug Power has been in the industry for 25+ years, including having held leadership roles at GlobalFoundries, MVP Health Care, The Coca-Cola Company, and currently, Plug Power. He has presented at national conferences for Merrill Lynch, CEB/Gartner, and MetLife, as well as the 2016 and 2019 WorldatWork National Total Rewards conferences. Harding also served on the WorldatWork Total Rewards Expert Council. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Westminster College in New Wilmington, PA, along with multiple HR and Total Rewards certifications. He is passionate about delivering innovative, best-in-class solutions to attract and retain talent.

Matthew Jakupcak, Ph.D.
Matthew Jakupcak, Ph.D., is Senior Director of Clinical Quality at Lyra Health. He is a clinical psychologist with extensive experience in clinical research, program development, and implementation science. He earned his doctorate degree in clinical psychology from the University of Massachusetts Boston and spent 16 years as a psychologist with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. At Lyra Health, he serves as the Senior Director of Clinical Quality for Lyra's Core Operations.
