She brings an extensive record of overseeing value-creating transactions, including transformative acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs, IPOs, and sales to private equity. Previously, Rooney was Global Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Alight (NYSE: ALIT) and served as a leader at Aon. During her tenure with Aon, she rapidly progressed through roles in Treasury / Capital Markets, Financial Planning and Analysis, Corporate Development, and ultimately as CFO of the $3 billion Aon Hewitt business.
