Health, wealth, tax, and compliance programs for over 300 HR Business Partners and Key Account Executives that support over 15,000+ clients employing over 700k worksite employees. Brown-McCormick is also responsible for supporting the addition of new products and initiatives to increase overall competitiveness.

Monica Miles is an accomplished HR professional with over 20 years of experience, responsible for managing a $28M book of business at ADP. As a trusted advisor and partner to some of ADP’s largest clients in the South Market, Miles leverages her expertise in client relationship building, Human Capital Management, employee engagement and benefits strategy development to deliver strategic consulting aimed at enhancing client satisfaction and retention. In her current role as a Key Account Executive, which she assumed in 2022, Miles builds and manages client relationships at all levels, helping clients achieve their business objectives through ADP's Human Capital Management tools & services. Miles is also leading an initiative to educate worksite employees on the available benefit packages, demonstrating her commitment to maximizing the value of employee benefits programs.
