    Julie Anderson is Senior Director of Clinical Outcomes at Maven Clinic. She oversees the measurement and evaluation of programs that improve healthcare for women and families. Anderson brings nearly two decades of experience in healthcare analytics and clinical outcomes that bridge evidence-based science with patient-centered delivery. Previously, she was a Solution Leader in Healthcare Innovation at McKinsey & Company, where she advised on next-generation and virtual care models, and held multiple roles in McKinsey’s Healthcare Analytics practice. She also managed real-world evidence data at Boehringer Ingelheim, supported care quality reporting at Valence Health, and conducted neuroscience research at Harvard Medical School.

    Christopher Smith serves as Vice President of Benefits at Universal Music Group, where he leads the strategy and execution of global benefits programs that foster employee engagement, retention, and wellbeing. With more than 20 years of experience in benefits design and human resources leadership, he brings deep expertise in talent management, compensation, and people strategy. Previously, Smith advanced through multiple leadership roles at Universal Music Group, including Senior Director of Benefits. He also served as Director of Benefits at Verisk Analytics, Director of Global Benefits at Indeed, and Head of Benefits at The D. E. Shaw Group. Smith has a proven track record of building benefits programs that align with business goals and support diverse employee populations.
