Sample Level One Questions




June 2002, HR MagazineNCR Corp. has standardized its level one training evaluations so that they ask the same eight questions at the end of all of their courses. The statements below are followed by a five-point agree/disagree scale:

  1. The course objectives were clearly stated.
  2. The course objectives were met.
  3. This course will help me perform my job more effectively.
  4. The course materials were clear and well organized.
  5. The audio and/or visual (i.e., graphics, video, animation, etc.) effectively reinforced the objectives.
  6. The exercises and/or simulations effectively reinforced the objectives.
  7. There was an appropriate balance between theory and practical application.
  8. This course was easy to navigate (for web-based courses).
