This is a benefit that was asked about for the first time this year. Some organizations are currently testing the waters with this technology, and other trailblazers are heading right into the AI frontier.

With the news of many organizations recalling their workforces back to the office — including one of the country’s largest employers, the federal government — it is interesting to see that nearly every housing and relocation benefit decreased compared to last year. The most significant decrease was in relocation lump-sum payments, which up until this year had stayed remarkably consistent.
