Combining 20 years of Human Resources experience with her passion for education, Katie is an Executive Director of Human Resources working in public education. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech as well as a Master’s in Human Resources Management from Georgetown University. She is currently pursuing a Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification from Brown University and her ACC from the International Coaching Federation. She is SHRM-SCP certified and holds the SHRM People Analytics Specialty Credential.
