Tom is a highly rated SHRM instructor, and he has contributed to several HR Magazine articles, and authored, "Long-term International Assignment Key Policy, Compensation and Benefit Considerations," for the Global HR Practitioner Handbook Volume 2. Tom currently leads a team of seven HR practitioners for BK Medical in North America and he holds a Juris Doctor in Law from Western Michigan University Law School and Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication from Eastern Michigan University. He is a licensed attorney and holds SHRM-SCP and Six Sigma Green Belt certifications.
