WSA's content and normative database for SHRM customers will be powered by Qualtrics, the world's #1 experience management provider and creator of the experience management (XM) category.

WSA's content and benchmarks allow companies to measure what matters most to their employees, receive reliable comparisons to other companies they compete with for talent, and identify focused actions to increase employee engagement. SHRM customers may also leverage exclusive pricing on WSA's consulting services for support with survey design, analysis, and post-survey action planning to move the needle on workforce performance.

Earn SHRM Recertification Credit

As the administrator of the survey for your organization, if you are a SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP holder, you can earn 10-20 PDCs for your work on the SHRM survey that meets or supports your organizational goals. The number of PDCs that can be earned through qualifying work projects is calculated based on hours of time spent on the project.
