    Jim Link is the Chief Human Resources Officer for SHRM.     Camille Olson

    Camille Olson is a Partner at Seyfarth, Co-Chair of its National Complex Litigation practice group, and National Chair of its Complex Discrimination Litigation practice group. She serves on the firm's National Labor and Employment Law Steering Committee and is the Past National Chair of the Labor and Employment practice department. Since 2013, Olson has served as Chair of the US Chamber of Commerce's Equal Employment Opportunity Subcommittee. Since 2010, she has co-led Seyfarth’s Global Policy Counsel on workplace matters, including amicus briefs, regulatory commentary and best practices recommendations for human resource professionals on all equal employment opportunity topics.

    Jonathan Segal

    Jonathan Segal is a Partner at Duane Morris LLP in its employment group. He also is the Founder of the Duane Morris Institute, which provides business-focused training to HR professionals in-house counsel and other business leaders on myriad employment issues. Segal’s practice focuses on maximizing legal compliance, minimizing legal risk and marrying culture with compliance. The core of his practice is helping clients to develop systems to prevent discrimination, harassment and retaliation and to respond to alleged or actual discrimination, harassment and retaliation. In this regard, Segal provides direction and guidance to clients on privileged and non-privileged investigations. He also works with employers to help minimize their legal exposure with regard to their DEI programs. This work focuses not only on policies and practices but also on other communications and culture. Segal has provided training to federal judges and other members of the federal judiciary on various employment issues for more than 25 years. He has testified before the EEOC in Washington and Congressional Committees on various employment issues, including harassment. He was appointed to and an active member of the EEOC’s Task Force on Harassment. At national and local level, Segal has spoken at conferences sponsored by EEOC on topics such as religion, sexual and other forms of harassment, and ethical EEO compliance. He has published almost 450 articles or blogs on third-party platforms, such as SHRM, Bloomberg, Fortune and Entrepreneur. Segal is a regular speaker at national, state and local HR, business and legal conferences.
